WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

1. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed for reasons beyond the organization’s control, alternative dates will be proposed for its rescheduling. All participants will be automatically registered for the new date. Participants may transfer their registration to another person; however, no refund of the registration fee will be granted if they do not wish or are unable to attend the rescheduled dates.

2. Definitive Cancellation

In the event that the event is definitively cancelled and cannot be held on either the original or an alternative date, all participants may choose either to transfer their registration to the 2026 edition or to request a refund of 60% of the registration fee.

3. Capacity Restrictions

If, due to administrative requirements or circumstances beyond the organization’s control, participation must be limited to fewer spots than those registered, bib numbers will be assigned in registration order until reaching the maximum number of authorized participants. The organization will not be held liable for any expenses or debts incurred by participants before, during, or after the event, nor for any loss or damage to bicycles or other equipment that may occur during the event or its transportation. Registration implies acceptance of the transfer of all individual image rights to the Organizer, permitting the free use of photographs and videos taken during the event for the purpose of communication or promotion through any media the Organizer deems appropriate.

The organization reserves the right to resolve any exceptional situations arising from the interpretation and application of these regulations. The organization holds both a civil liability insurance policy and an accident insurance policy, in accordance with the current legislation.
